Bimetal composite bearings with high quality low carbon steel as backing, sintered bronze alloy with low friction properties (CuPb105n10, CuPb65n62n3, Cu5n10, Cu5n6.5P) as the wear-resistant layer In the inner bronze alloy surface can be processed with various types of oil grooves, oil hole and oil pockets according to the different working applications, suitable for the conditions which can not continuously put oils or difficult to apply the grease.

They boast a high load capacity and very good resistance to fatigue strength at high temperatures.

Bimetal bearings are able to handle heavy loads and shock loading conditions and have anti-corrosion capabilities and are easy to install, making them ideal for emergency replacements

Designed for harsh operating conditions, the Cuin10 lead-free bearings feature a bimetal composition steel backing and a bronze overlay that support high specific loads and offer superior performance under oscillating movements and are environment friendly.
These kinds of bearings are available with stainless steel, carbon steel or bronze backing.

Bimetal-bearings can be manufactured with a thicker lead bronze layer for applications where the bearing has to be machined after mounting. The material of the layer can be fitted to the special needs for the application in question.
